These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555h ("555h", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 555h.bio. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, and features offered through the 555h platform.

By completing the 555h registration process, logging into an existing account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, though note that account sharing is separately prohibited under Section 3.

These Terms should be read alongside the 555h Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

To register and use the 555h platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 555h or through any responsible gaming programme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
• You must not be accessing 555h from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active 555h account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances will be closed without notice and without refund of deposits where bonus activity has occurred.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555h account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered.
• Notify 555h immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

555h will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. All transactions conducted through your account are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us of a breach in a timely manner.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 555h platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), with the exception of USDT transactions which are processed in US Dollar Tether at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account (the "source of funds" principle). This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents include a valid CNIC or passport and, where required, proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business hours under normal operating conditions. During high-volume periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. 555h will communicate any delays.
• 555h does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 555h accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds that 555h has reasonable grounds to believe are proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be withheld pending investigation and, if confirmed, reported to relevant authorities.

555h offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above. 555h reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its absolute discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or wagered within the stated period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all unless specified.
• Abuse: 555h actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear bonuses without genuine play, and coordinated multi-account activity. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

555h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on the Rewards page.

All bets and wagers placed on the 555h platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a bet. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Results: All game results are final once confirmed by the applicable game engine or sportsbook settlement system. 555h does not reverse settled bets except where a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet. 555h reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, 555h reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. "Pays to play" results generated during a verified malfunction are not payable.
• Sportsbook — Ante-Post and In-Play: Sportsbook markets are subject to separate detailed rules covering void events, postponements, abandonments, rule 4 deductions, and dead heat reductions. These rules are published within the sportsbook interface for each relevant sport.
• Cryptocurrency Bets: USDT bets are settled at the PKR equivalent calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the bet was placed. Exchange rate movements after settlement are not grounds for dispute.

555h is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 555h platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable software error are void and will be recouped.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the 555h sportsbook.
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity verification submissions, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Accessing 555h using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Money laundering through the 555h platform. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

555h employs a dedicated integrity and fraud team that monitors all platform activity on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 555h will act swiftly and without prior notice.

555h collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 555h platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

555h will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to process it solely for the purposes of delivering 555h services (for example, KYC verification providers and payment processors), or where disclosure is required by applicable law or regulation.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data held by 555h. Such requests should be directed to [email protected]. Note that deletion requests may be subject to retention obligations imposed by anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory requirements.

All content on the 555h platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall platform design — is the property of 555h or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 555h.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555h platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 555h content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555h's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 555h platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Force majeure events, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or other events outside 555h's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game information resulting from third-party data feed errors, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable time of discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

555h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 555h account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 555h reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 from the balance of inactive accounts after providing advance notice by email. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate an account by logging in at any time before closure.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your 555h account or a specific transaction, you should contact the 555h support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, and any supporting screenshots or documentation.

555h will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five business days. Complex disputes involving game integrity or payment investigations may take longer; 555h will keep you informed of progress.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated unless exceptional circumstances apply. The 555h game logs, server records, and transaction history constitute the authoritative record for the purposes of dispute resolution, and their data takes precedence over any client-side screenshots or recollections.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 555h's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified under 555h's international gaming license.

555h is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. If you feel that your gambling is no longer recreational in nature, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 555h players at no charge and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. An alert will appear when your session time is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders showing your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, logins are blocked and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 555h platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and will be actioned within one hour of your request. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a permanent self-exclusion.

555h reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 555h will notify registered players by email to the address on file at least 14 days before the amendments take effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or structural reformatting that does not change meaning) may be applied immediately.

Your continued use of the 555h platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is dated at the top of this document.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 555h's international gaming license. To the extent permitted by the governing law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated under 555h's licensing framework for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 555h platform.

Nothing in this clause prevents 555h from seeking urgent or interim injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of unauthorised access, fraud, or intellectual property infringement.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
